How booking works
No Pay, No Slot
Invoices are issued and paid before the first session of any bundle.
24-hour cancellation
Any session cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice is deducted from the bundle balance.
Refunds & top-up
Bundles are non-refundable but transferable to siblings or children of family friends. When one session remains, an automated invoice for the next bundle is sent to secure the time slot.
