My journey into life coaching and hypnotherapy didn’t begin in a training room. It began in a classroom. For as long as I can remember, working with young people has been my calling. With two decades of experience as a secondary school teacher and senior leader, I spent years watching teenagers navigate some of the most formative and challenging years of their lives, and felt privileged to walk alongside them.
Over time, I realised that the support young people needed often went beyond the curriculum. The pressures they faced – academic, social and emotional – called for something deeper than lesson plans could offer. It felt like a natural next step to take everything I had learned from twenty years in education and channel it into a new kind of support. So I trained as a life coach and hypnotherapist specialising in teenagers, and suddenly everything I had spent my career doing made even more sense.
Today, I help teenagers build confidence, manage anxiety, find their voice and navigate the pressures of school life and beyond. I also offer academic support, drawing on my teaching background to help young people unlock their potential and approach their studies with greater clarity and calm. This combination of coaching, hypnotherapy and real educational experience allows me to support the whole young person, rather than just one part of their life.
Family is at the heart of everything I do. As a mum to our seven-year-old son Nico, I understand firsthand the hopes, worries and unconditional love that come with raising a child. I believe deeply in the strength of family bonds and the difference it makes when young people feel truly seen and supported, both at school and at home. When a teenager thrives, everyone around them feels it.
When I’m not working, you’ll often find me out with our dog Luna, exploring Bristol’s trails and green spaces. Our walks are a reminder of something I encourage in my clients too: that stepping outside, breathing deeply and slowing down can be genuinely transformative. I love being outdoors, spending time with Nico and the people I care about, and enjoying the simple moments that remind us what life is really about.
I’m based in Bristol and work with clients across the UK through online sessions, as well as internationally across different time zones. Wherever you are, distance doesn’t need to be a barrier to getting the right support.
If any of this resonates with you, I’d love to hear from you. This work is my passion, and helping young people and their families find their footing is the most rewarding thing I’ve ever done.
